Shaya earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto before pursuing her Bachelor of Laws (LLB). Her strong academic foundation, coupled with her practical experience, has equipped her to handle a broad range of legal challenges with confidence and precision.

Her expertise spans a range of family law issues, including separation, divorce, child custody, and support, as well as real estate purchases, sales, and financing.
